| 1. Warm olive oil in a large skillet 2. Add onions, garlic and dill seeds. Cook over a medium heat until onions have softened. (about 4 minutes) 3. Then add green beans tomatoes, water,fresh dill and parsley. Simmer, covered until the beans are tender. (about 20 minutes) 4. Season with salt to taste Serve warm Tip: Use tomato sauce instead of broth |
