| 1. Mix corn meal, flour, sugar, baking powder,
baking soda and salt together. 2. Mix in a second bowl the eggs, milk and buttermilk 3. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until moistened. 4. Fold in 2-3 EL vegetable oil. 5. Scrape batter into a greased 22×22cm pan and spread evenly. 6. Bake at 225° C for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. |
