Rinder Brust, Texanische Art
1 Mager Rinder Brust (¾-1 kg)
1 kleine Zwiebel, geschnitten
1 EL Schwarze Pfeffer
1 EL Knoblauch, fein geschnitten
1 TL Oregano
¼ TL Cumin
¼ TL Basil
3 EL Worcestershire sauce
2 EL Oliven Öl


1. Mix above ingredients. Apply to entire brisket.
2. Wrap in foil and place in refrigerator over night .
3. Heat oven to 150° C. Cook meat in foil in which it was marinated for 4 hours. (Make sure it is sealed tightly in the foil and do not open until ready to eat.)


Tip 1: If using a larger brisket multiply the marinade ingredients by 1½ or 2.
Tip 2: For Bar-B-Q Brisket instead of the above spices marinade with Barbecue sauce .
